Creating an agency is completely free. Agencies are an organizational layer — your agents pay individually at $200/year, or you can purchase bulk seats via invoice at the same rate.
You can purchase agent seats ($200/year each) and player seats ($50/year each) via Stripe invoice. Pay by card, ACH bank transfer, or wire transfer. When agents join your agency, available seats are automatically assigned.
Yes. Agency membership doesn't require bulk seats. Agents in your agency can pay for their own subscription individually. Bulk seats are optional — they're useful if you want to centralize billing.
Player seats let your agents activate player subscriptions without the player paying. When an agent in your agency links a new player, an available player seat is consumed instead of triggering a payment from the player.
Their personal data (shortlists, player links, messages) stays with them. If they were using a seat, it's released back to your pool. Their individual subscription continues independently.
Agencies can have up to 10 staff members by default (including admins). If you need more, contact us.
